Travel

Passengers must be seated in the unit at least 5 minutes prior to its departure whether at a station or any other stop point at which passengers disembark. Drop off stops are brief, so passengers need to remain in the vehicle to avoid being left behind. If this happens, passengers may wait for another unit, if any, otherwise, they would need to find another means of transportation on their own. Passengers who do not board the unit for their departure on time cannot automatically travel on another departure. If the passenger did not travel and did not cancel their trip properly, their ticket will be automatically cancelled without a refund.

Passengers who disembark at any point before reaching their final destination immediately lose the right to travel further with the same ticket.

Tickets are non-transferrable. A ticket meant for one person can not be used for somebody else.

Refunds

Refunds are subject to a 50% refund for the ticket value. For round trip tickets, the already-used portion will be charged at the single-ticket rate and 50% will be reimbursed from the remaining value of the ticket. Generally, there will be fees for changes to a ticket, replacement or copy, and for verification of a trip.

Baggage

Each adult ticket passenger is permitted 2 items of personal luggage. One item no heavier than 55 lbs (25 kg) and no larger than 36”H x 21”W x 13”D, the other no heavier than 25 lbs (10 kg) and no larger than 22”H x 12”W x 9”D. A child’s ticket is allowed 1 piece of personal luggage weighing up to 25 lbs (10 kg).

Passengers are responsible for handling their baggage. Drivers will receive baggage from each passenger at the bus. Drivers will deliver baggage to passengers upon arrival at their destination. Sometimes dispatchers will assist with loading and unloading baggage, but they will not carry baggage for passengers from one place to another. It is the responsibility of passengers to ensure that all of their baggage is loaded on the proper vehicle for travel and for transferring their baggage to the correct vehicle at transfer points.

Passengers who load their baggage but fail for any reason to travel on the correct vehicle must immediately contact El Corre Caminos in order to make all possible efforts to recover baggage, in the understanding that El Corre Caminos cannot guarantee recovery.
